Hill Memorial Baptist Church is built.

Named for the family that donated land for its construction, the wood-frame building is designed in the Shingle and Late Gothic style and located at 279 North Harvard Street. The building is purchased by the Allston-Brighton Community Development Corporation in 2023, which plans to convert it into affordable housing.
